Gusto ko mag-type (written May 4, 2010)

I devote this day to thank Thee for giving me a wonderful family that has been with me all these years. We may not be the happiest but we are happy. I don’t recognize this everyday because I am always preoccupied and I lack contentment. I always thought my melancholic journey will never end. (yuck ang emo hahaha! :)) That my life will remain boring.There are no adventures. Yes, I am just an ordinary girl, goes to school, read and write, talk smile, laugh and done. Is this life? I always think of ways to have a life, to live life. Like what I see in the movies or may be I’ll be like a bit bitchier to experience cat fights or achieve the greatest achievement possible or move out from my tiny shell and be troublesome or be the most angelic person one can meet. Is that really life? But then again, I’ve been thinking that life isn’t measured by the good and bad experiences or by living it the hard way. Life is still life even if it seems boring. And for myself, It’s a stupid thing to find something I already have. Why am I seeking if I already have one? See, I lack contentment. Life is not just about a happy story or a tragic one. It’s not just about how many achievements you’ve had or failures you’ve done. It’s still life if you don’t have any of which. As long as you’re breathing, you still have one and when you breathe no more, there is still what we call second life (am I making sense here? hahahaha! ). Life will always be there. We just have to live it in our own way from the way God wants it to be. You need not to be the best or the worst in this world to have a life. You just have to be you. And also, I realized that we must let our life be conquered by love. And it will lead us back to where we must be which will make every step worth taking and every breath worth breathing. Yieeee! I love life! :)
